The Egg Module micro-franchising business plan is the core, supported
by the Egg Module Network, beyond that web 2.0 sites and external
stakeholders enhance operations. By freely sharing information, we created a support network for small scale poultry production. Using existing Internet technologies the egg module leverages mass collaboration and social media strategies to develop and disseminate its business plan.

The Egg Module Network (EMN) consists of key partners, mainly NGO’s representing villages, university programs, poultry companies and government programs. Ideally, these organizations will have a page on their site explaining their specific projects or contributions. EMN partners will assist in gathering primary market data, developing best practices, engaging village level entrepreneurs, and driving accountability. Egg Module staff will assist EMN partners in developing their sites and adding content.
