Sustainable Poultry

The Egg Module is focused on providing NGO's (Non-Governmental/Non-Profit Organizations), MFI's (Micro Finance Organizations) and Social Entrepreneurs with the tools to develop and manage small scale poultry operations.  

The Egg Module provides a dynamic cash flow forecasting model that helps to detail the financial requirements to establish and operate chicken egg production businesses in the developing world. 

Goals

The Egg Module provides partners in the least developed parts of the world with the opportunity to create replicable small-scale poultry egg production businesses. Our partners locally produce eggs, which helps improve the nutrition of children and create jobs in their communities. Many of our partners have existing poultry operations and our resources help to improve performance and provide training.

1. Assist partners in the developing world to become poultry egg producers.
2. Provide the tools to research market conditions in specific villages.
3. Promote green building and sustainable business practices.
4. Create a scaleable, sustainable and replicable business model.
5. Use the social web to drive innovation and accountability .
