Providing African Partners With Sustainable Economic Opportunities
I
f you have built a relationship with a church, school or other organization in Africa, you have likely been personally touched and inspired by the people you have met. You are probably also keenly aware of the economic challenges they face in their day-to-day lives.
Our organization provides resources that allow villages, schools and churches in Africa to create flourishing egg production farms in which the proceeds benefit their greater communities.
Most Africans are extremely risk-adverse because they cannot afford to make mistakes with their limited financial resources. By merging our proven business plan with an investment from you, we can help groups in Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya avoid unnecessary risk and build a sustainable business.
Simply throwing money at a problem does little to combat long-term economic hardship and often results in a relationship in which the recipient becomes dependant. Our aim is to empower families and communities in the developing world by providing them with valuable information that allows them to build a sustainable poultry business.
An initial monetary donation is needed which works out to roughly 5 dollars a hen. This price will vary slightly depending on the size of the chicken coup. We will provide you and the recipient community you are assisting with our Cash Forecasting Tool and other tips and guidelines regarding:
- Training
- Bird Selection
- Feed Supply
- Veterinary Care
Understanding and Embracing the Differences Between Cultures

Cultural differences exist throughout the world and this is especially true in food preparation. That is why we encourage our partners to make changes according to their unique customs and needs. In fact, we believe the ability to understand cultural differences is one of the Egg Module program’s strengths.
